Orders are typically processed within 1–5 working days (unless otherwise stated).
During busy periods, new product launches, or seasonal promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Custom or personalised orders may require additional production time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be clearly stated on our website.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
UK Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (where available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed once the parcel has been handed to the courier.

Incorrect Addresses

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

Photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging
A description of the issue

Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will liaise with the courier and investigate the issue. Replacement or refund decisions will be made in accordance with courier findings and consumer rights legislation.
